1. Introduction
Welcome to ImageEdit Studio. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by ImageEdit Studio, including AI-powered photo editing and related features (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using ImageEdit Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
ImageEdit Studio is an independent AI image generation and editing platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba Cloud or Qwen. References to Qwen Image 2.0 describe an underlying model option only.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
ImageEdit Studio reserves the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
3. Description of Service
ImageEdit Studio provides a unique AI-powered service that allows users to edit photos using natural language commands by uploading their own photographs. This Service is intended for creative and personal editing purposes only.
The results generated by our AI are speculative and do not guarantee accuracy or reflect real-world appearance. Please use at your own discretion.
4. User Conduct & Responsibility
You agree to upload only clear, recent, and appropriate photographs of yourself.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
You must not upload prompts, reference images, or other content that is:
- Infringing on intellectual property rights,
- Pornographic, obscene, NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive,
- Violent, graphic, gory, exploitative, or intended to facilitate serious harm,
- Hateful, harassing, abusive, or intended to incite discrimination or violence,
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers a child,
- Defamatory, unlawful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable,
- Designed to create deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or non-consensual face manipulation,
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights,
- Intended to generate illegal, regulated, or harmful content.
We have zero tolerance for CSAM or any sexual content involving minors. We may immediately block the request, preserve relevant account and safety records, suspend or terminate the account, and report apparent illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required or permitted by law. Do not upload, forward, or attach suspected CSAM when making a report.
All prompt-based image generation requests are screened by Waffo Content Safety before generation. Generation proceeds only when Waffo returns an allow decision. Requests marked for review, blocked, or unable to receive a reliable decision are stopped without creating a task or charging credits. We may also review reported content, generated results, reference images, and related account activity when investigating a safety concern.
Our complete rules for sexual or NSFW material, violence or graphic content, hate, child safety, deepfakes or impersonation, and intellectual-property violations are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
Reporting prohibited content
Anyone may report content or behavior that appears to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy by emailing support@qwenimageedit.art. Use the subject Safety Report and include the relevant task number or URL, the reason for the report, and enough context for us to investigate. Do not include or forward illegal imagery in the report.
We handle safety reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, assess them objectively, and prioritize reports involving children or an imminent risk of harm. Knowingly false or abusive reports may be recorded and may result in account action. A person affected by an enforcement decision may use the same channel with the subject Safety Appeal to request a separate review.
We may block generation, remove access to content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with competent authorities when appropriate.
5. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, designs, and generated outputs are the property of ImageEdit Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our content or services.
User Content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. However, by using our Service, you grant ImageEdit Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
7. Data Privacy & Security
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We collect data such as your uploaded images and email for the sole purpose of delivering our services.
We implement reasonable security practices but cannot guarantee 100% data security.
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time by contacting: support@qwenimageedit.art.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments
Some features may require payment. All fees will be clearly communicated during the purchase process and are subject to change at any time.
Refunds
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, refunds are generally not offered. However, we may review refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase if the service fails to function as described.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
We may update or modify the Service, including features and pricing, at any time without notice. While we strive for continuous availability, downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
ImageEdit Studio provides the Service "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of AI-generated results,
- Uninterrupted or error-free service.
In no event shall ImageEdit Studio, its team, or affiliates be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from the use of our Service.
11. Termination
ImageEdit Studio may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support@qwenimageedit.art.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ImageEdit Studio regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
